Buy Laptop Computers
Technology is one of the quintessential elements of the modern world and a significant part of our modern day lifestyle. Be it the gamut of tech ranging from the latest inventions in the world of smartphones and laptops, or the latest scoop from silicon valley; tech companies locking horns with each other, to gaining insights into the workings of the computer industry - when it comes to technology, to a layman at least, the world of the computers can be quite perplexing!
So we begin with - what is a computer?A computer is basically an electronic device that receives information, processes the input by performing a series of operations, and produces the requisite output in the form of information and signals. The laptop, on the other hand is a portable personal computer which can be used in a variety of settings such as the work place, home environment etc.
The only thing constant in our lives is change. This seemingly weird paradox has quite a number of practical implications when it comes to real life, with technology being one such element that adheres to this concept. The process of evolution and improvement has always been a constant part of the tech world and thus, the jostling among the various top companies to out-do each other comes as no surprise. Thus, when it comes to prominent tech giants vying to be at the top in light of today’s technological landscape, the names of HP, Acer, Lenovo, Apple etc cannot be far behind.
Hewlett-Packard Company or HP is an American multinational information technology corporation which provides hardware, software and services to consumers, businesses and large enterprises, as well as to customers in the government, health and education sectors. The HP Omnibookis considered to be foremost among the laptop series made by HP. The first in its line, HP Omnibook 300 was known to be a “super portable” personal computer. It remains unusual to this date for the fact that it had Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word already installed in its ROM. This range was discontinued by Hewlett Packard later on after the acquisition of Compaq.
Presario is a series of desktop computers and notebooks from Compaq which have now been acquired by HP and is now known as Compaq Presario. This series is still in continuance, with critics vouching for its better performance, in terms of the glossy surfaces, chrome accents, and tapered edges of the Compaq and HP laptops of yore which have now been replaced with a simpler, more unified design. After merging with Compaq, HP took over Compaq's existing naming rights agreement and now sells both HP and Compaq-branded machines.
Pavilion notebooks, touted as one of the most promising and consequently, popular series of HP laptops, marked HP’s foray into the home-computing market. The G4, G6, G7 notebooks launched later on, added the G Series to the erstwhile Pavilion Family.
HP originally launched another line called the HP Envy Series with two of its high performing models, Envy 13 and the Envy 15; and went on to expand it with the addition of the Envy 14 and Envy 17 models. Later on, HP discontinued their traditional Envy 13, 14, 15 and 17 models and rebranded their Pavilion line of computers as the new Envy lineup.
HP Mini, manufactured under HP, HP Compaq and Compaq brands is a line of small notebooks, best known for writing documents, small programs and web browsing. They have been competitively priced with slight tilting towards the low price range and subsequently tend to have low end specification.

High-end computer displays are marketed under the ThinkVision name, which share a common design language with other THINK devices such as the ThinkPad line of notebook computers and ThinkCentre desktops.
The IdeaPad line of consumer-oriented laptop is the result of Lenovo's own research and development and differs markedly from ThinkPad. Lenovo launched the IdeaPad Yoga 13, a laptop that can be converted to a tablet PC by flipping the screen all the way backwards. Lenovo has since then subsequently released the IdeaPad Yoga 11, running Windows RT and announced the IdeaPad Yoga 11S, running Windows 8.
IdeaCentres, on the other hand are all-in-one machines, combining processor and monitor into a single unit. While initially designed to be purely desktop models, influences of the IdeaPad line can be seen, one such feature being the Veriface facial recognition technology.
